At Flexicel we continue to work on continuous improvement and optimization of our processes. For this we do not hesitate to seek the collaboration of the best specialists in each subject.
On this occasion we have received the collaboration of ZADECON to analyze our production processes, calculate the standard manufacturing times for our products and detect opportunities for improvement.
