FLEXIBAND® FAMILY

Flexiband MR consists of a set of self-adhesive tapes with several weather stripping wound on the same core.
This product is indicated for static applications where it is necessary to have several types of tape, either of different materials or sizes. Thanks to its design, it allows for the minimum possible reel changes. It is the most versatile form of supply and is usually indicated in applications where the speed of assembly is not decisive.

Flexiband MB is the individual roll weatherstrip format that has an adhesive protector. It is especially suitable for assemblies that require small quantities. Practical and comfortable to transport due to its small and manageable format.

Flexiband MBR is the quick mount version of Flexiband MB. Unlike single-band Flexiband, this gasket has a silicone film on the opposite side, so it doesn’t need the adhesive protector, facilitating winding on itself.
To the advantages of the Flexiband Monobanda are added its great speed of assembly.

Flexiband pack is the reduced size version of Flexiband MR. Recommended for places where the use is not very intensive and/or that require easy transportation. Product suitable for later sale in small consumption thanks to its format both in size and quantity. Like multirollo Flexiband, it can be manufactured in practically the entire range of materials.

Flexiband CT is a large spool. The main advantage is that it is made up of a single continuous strip of product. It is a range indicated for semi-automatic or automatic applications where a large number of meters are needed. With the adaptation of a winder or vacuum for adhesive liner removal, no additional labor is required for installation. 

Flexiband CTR is the evolution of the traditional Flexiband CT. The silicone film on the opposite side provides greater resistance to tears and breakage, both in the application itself and in subsequent handling. It is not necessary to have additional mechanisms for removing the adhesive protector, saving installations and minimizing the risk of machine stoppages by reducing mechanical elements that may have malfunctions.

Flexiband CER 50 ECO is a product of pure refractory fibers. Its technical properties make it the optimal solution for high temperature applications up to 1000º C. It provides excellent thermal insulation and is easy to install due to its size. It has good tear strength, high flexibility and very low thermal conductivity.

Flexiband acrylic tapes are tapes with a very small format, adherent on both sides, which acts as a powerful sealing and bonding tape that is resistant to water and temperature. Does not contain solvents.
They offer a structural and permanent bond, as well as high shear and peel strength performance. High resistance to temperature, water, UV rays, solvents and changes in temperature, allowing the expansion and contraction of materials.
Compatible with a wide range of materials: glass, crystal, methacrylate, plastics, tiles, ceramics, wood, metal, aluminium, polycarbonate, cardboard, paper, PVC canvas, textiles, etc.
