FLEXIBAND® FAMILY

Designed for static applications, Flexiband MR combines multiple adhesive tape strips in a single core, minimizing reel changes. It is ideal for situations requiring different types of tape, varying in size or material. Its versatile format makes it a practical choice for various industries.

The Single Band format offers individual weatherstrip rolls with an adhesive liner. This solution is perfect for projects requiring small quantities of material. Its compact design makes it practical, easy to handle, and transportable—ideal for spaces with limited room.

The fast-assembly version of Flexiband MB, featuring a silicone-coated backing instead of a standard liner, eliminating the need for manual removal. This innovation enables self-winding and significantly speeds up installation while maintaining the benefits of the Single Band format.

Flexiband Pack is a smaller version of the Multiroll, perfect for occasional use or low-intensity applications. Its compact format is easy to transport and store, making it suitable for retail in small quantities. Like the Multiroll, it can be manufactured in nearly any material within the Flexiband range.

This option features large spools with a continuous strip of material, specifically designed for semi-automated or fully automated applications requiring high quantities of tape. When paired with a rewinder or liner removal system, Flexiband CT minimizes manual labor and boosts productivity.

An evolution of the traditional spool, Flexiband CTR includes a silicone-coated backing for greater tear resistance, minimizing breakage during handling or application. It eliminates the need for additional systems to remove the liner, reducing mechanical failure risks and streamlining processes.

Made with pure refractory fibers, it’s an ideal solution for high-temperature applications up to 1000 ºC. Its outstanding thermal insulation, tear resistance, and flexibility make it a versatile choice for demanding industrial environments.
