At Flexicel Industrial we are committed to gender equality. We believe that together we can build a world where all people have equal opportunities, regardless of their gender.
On the path towards a more just and equitable society, gender equality training plays a fundamental role. More and more companies and organizations recognize that promoting gender equality is not only the right thing to do, but also the smart thing to do.
This week we have held several training sessions to raise awareness among all staff about gender equality, inclusive language and the prevention of sexual harassment.
