Flexicel joins “Let's Clean Up Europe”

Between May 10 and 12, “Let's Clean Up Europe” took place, a common action all over Europe to raise awareness about the amount of waste we throw uncontrollably into nature.
The action carried out by the Spanish and Portuguese sales team, promoted awareness through the collection of waste dumped illegally in forests during a 5km route around the spanish plant.
The result was 24.5 kg of waste collected, including a large amount of wet wipes, which clog sewage networks and water treatment plants, cigarette butts, which contaminate up to 50 liters of water per cigarette butt, PET bottles, cans, bags, caps and small containers.
